Types of delivery
1. DELIVERY PROCESS
Orders in stock are usually shipped within 7 days after receipt of the payment request, provided the order is made before the 15-hour workday. In the event that the order placed is not completed the client may choose to send the products in stock and after send the rest or wait for the entire order even if it means more than 7 days shipping. Once the order has been sent we will contact you via email to indicate that the order has been sent as well as the tracking number. If there is any delay in shipment of the order by stock issues we will tell you before you process it via email.
You will receive your package directly on the address indicated in the purchasing process.

2. CHANGES AND RETURNS
It will only be possible to return the goods after prior written agreement with UPTRONIK, SL. Returned products must be sent to UPTRONIK, SL running cost shipping by customer.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories (eg equipment, cable, instruction manual) without any change in their references or their serial numbers, must have their labels intact , like their stamps or markings to permit the marketing of these items.
Products must be accompanied by an RMA part number, Uptronik will send this RMA number when authorizes the return, this number must be visible on the shipping label. With these data the products must be forwarded to the central indicated in the RMA request. If returned without prior agreement UPTRONIK, SL, the goods will be returned systematically, being the responsibility of the shipping customer.
When we receive the return and verify that everything is correct we will have to return the purchase money. In the case of changing a defective item, "UPTRONIK, SL" bear the shipping costs.
