B&R Mapp Motion has added new functions to his(her,your) package of software. Now it is possible to represent the royal(real) structure of a complex machine, intuitively in the configuration. The different subsystems of a machine can be connected simply. The movements of the robots can synchronize easily with systems of portico or desks without additional programming.

The function ” hierarchy of the frame ” can be in use for representing the royal(real) structure of a machine. The systems of coordinates can be placed in key points, as the bridle of assembly(montage) of the tool. To every system of coordinates it is possible to assign to him(her) a name that he(she) it identifies inside the application. This assures a clearly organized and easily legible code – enclosedly in complex applications.
Movements optimized of robots

The function ” mobile Frame programmed ” combines a system of coordinates with an axis(axle) and defines an additional degree of freedom. This allows to optimize the movements and a better utilization of the dynamics of the robot. The function incorporates the movement of the system of portico in the calculations of the path of the robot. The programmer does not need to coordinate the movements of the system of portico and the robot manually. The same thing happens in the cases in which the robots or the machines CNC combine with tables of mobile pieces.
General planning of routes

Only a controller needs for the machine, the robot and other mobile components. The robot and the additional components act as a unit. The coordinated planning of the route allows an ideal utilization of the dynamic limits of the individual components. Also it(he,she) guarantees the fulfillment of all the parameters of process specified, as the relative speed between(among) tool and piece.
